Fornolab starts from the ancient tradition of the pastry in Piemonte combined with the passion for quality craft products and the aim to satisfy the new market demand with the value of a traditional production.

Raw ingredients and the pursuit of tradition are to be found in the classic flavours enriched by new ingredients which are currently shaping the market.

Ginger, cinnamon, turmeric are coupled with the Tradition of eggs, while stoneground flour, butter and rough brown sugar are the Knowledge for a delicate biscuit full of taste that stimulates a sensations, a tasting experience.
